Kodak’s Artist & best friend Syko Bob was indicted for possession of a firearm and ammunition by a convicted felon.
If convicted, Smart faces a maximum penalty of 10 years in federal prison.
As you’ve probably already heard, Kodak himself was also arrested on drug trafficking charges.
Note: Kodak Black was Arrested Troopers said they could smell marijuana coming from the vehicle.
During a search, the troopers found nearly $75,000 in cash and a small clear bag that contained 31 white tablets later determined to be oxycodone, according to the station.
Oxycodone is a prescription opioid that treats pain but can become highly addictive, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention states.
