An Albuquerque, New Mexico, tipsy driving suspect got with his fly open and six children toward the rear of his pickup truck shows up on bodycam video slurring his discourse as he attempts to work right out of the stop — which at last prompted kid assault charges against him for supposedly attacking one of his travelers.
Police pulled over Jeremy Guthrie, 42, the previous summer as he steered across the street, “driving like a simpleton,” as one officer put it, and he then, at that point, bombed a field temperance test, bodycam video shows.
After his capture, agents uncovered stunning charges including one of the young ladies in his vehicle.
The video, recently released to the public, begins with Guthrie fumbling around the driver’s seat after a state trooper asks for his license.
The officer shines his flashlight in the back window, revealing a backseat packed with minors, and then returns to the front, where Guthrie still hasn’t produced identification.
