Tillman County investigators who are part of the OSBI Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force, arrested Khami Hester at his home in Frederick on March 17th, for child pornography charges.
They say the case started after a social media company sent a tip to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, about Hester uploading child sexual assault material on their platform.
A warrant was served and investigators say Hester was taken into custody after a fight where he assaulted an Agent and had to be tased.
Hester has been charged with possession and distribution of child pornography and violation of the computer crimes act, as well as assault and battery on a police officer.
