A man faces federal aggravated sex abuse charges, after being accused of breaking into a woman’s home in Glenpool and raping her.
The affidavit for Keith Crenshaw says on February 20th, 2022, the woman was asleep in her bed when she woke up to a man on top of her, raping her.
It says he had his face covered, was holding a knife, covered her mouth and held her down.
It says he then fell asleep and the woman grabbed the knife, called 911 and went outside and waited for police to arrive.
It says police found him still asleep, wearing nothing but a shirt, with a pillow case wrapped around his head and face.
Police found his pants, hat and shoes on the victim’s front porch and his ID was in his pants pocket.
It says the back garage door had been forced open.
It says Crenshaw told police he thought he’d been drugged because he’d gone to a bar for some drinks and remembered nothing after that.
Records show Crenshaw was convicted of burglary in Tulsa County in 2008, was given a 7 year suspended sentence.
