The 30-year-old hitmaker caused a stir on social media on Tuesday morning when he appeared to unfollow his wife on Instagram. Responding to speculation that he and the 28-year-old model had called it quits, Justin took to his Instagram Stories later in the day to clarify that he hadn’t unfollowed Hailey.Â
A source shared more insight into the couple’s marriage in a new report with People, saying that, contrary to the rumors, Justin and Hailey’s relationship is going great. “They have a great family life, but also enjoy and encourage each other to pursue their passions,” said the source.
He explained of the mix-up in the now-deleted post, “Someone went on my account and unfollowed my wife. S**t is getting suss (suspicious) out here.” The Sorry hitmaker has also re-followed Hailey…
“She loves that he’s into music again,” the insider continued, referring to Justin’s recent posts teasing new music. “She loves his creative and artistic side. He [keeps] creating with friends.”
And as far as the “constant split rumors” he and Hailey have faced, the source said they’re simply not true and frankly “quite sad.”
Hailey and Justin married in 2018 and welcomed their first child, a son named Jack, in August. And since his birth, they’ve fallen “even more in love,” one source previously told People. The insider said the reason we don’t see or hear from them more isn’t because of marital strife but because “they’ve been trying to stay as low-key as they can since Jack arrived.”
“Anyone who spends a lot of time with them can tell how in love they are and also how super focused they are on their marriage,” the source shared. “They are both very mature for their age and so in it together. It’s [a] very special marriage.”
