Judge rejects Boston mayor’s vaccine mandate

The appeals court sided with city unions issuing an injunction against Boston Mayor Michelle Wu’s vaccine mandate.

Massachusetts Appeals Court Association Justice Sabita Singh issued the order Tuesday placing a longer halt on the mandate.

She added “an injunction would avoid the risk of loss of essential public employees, a harm suffered by the unions and the public alike.”
