Tatyanna was eight-months pregnant with her first child, a girl whom she planned to name Ayanna.
Before she was killed, her family was planning on having a baby shower. Sadly they had to instead hold a candlelight vigil.
On April 18, 2021, Tatyanna and her boyfriend were shot. While her boyfriend was only wounded, Tatyanna and Ayanna tragically died. Authorities stated that Tatyanna’s boyfriend was not cooperating with the investigation.
Soon afterwards, a man named Jonathan Xavier Dorado was identified as Tatyanna’s alleged killer and a warrant was issued for his arrest. Jonathan, who has ties to gangs has since evaded capture.
The homicides of Tatyanna and Ayanna led to massive publicity campaign by her family on both local media stations and on social media. There is an official Facebook memorial page dedicated to Tatyanna and Ayanna.
The constant posts and comments show how much Tatyanna was loved and meant to her family and why
they really need justice.
Jonathan would now be approximately 20-years of age as of this posting. He’s 5’7, last weighed 150 pounds and has black hair and brown eyes.
Since Jonathan is so young, I suspect that someone is assisting him while being a fugitive.
