John Horner, has pleaded no contest in Mayes County to 9 counts of lewd molestation
RawNews1st– A former Salina school teacher, John Horner, has pleaded no contest in Mayes County to 9 counts of lewd molestation and was sentenced to 14 days in jail.
The sentence was 7 years in prison with all of it suspended except 14 days to be served in the Rogers County jail.
The deal prevents the victims from having to testify again.
Horner will have to register as a sex offender for life.
This is now a conviction.
