Arrest Made in Felony Case Involving Minor in Fayetteville
(Fayetteville, NC) – On October 29, 2024, detectives with the Fayetteville Police Department’s Special Victims Unit charged and arrested James Garner (White male, 20 years old) with a felony charge involving a minor.
The warrants were obtained on October 25, 2024, and he was taken into custody.
Garner is charged with:
Statutory Rape of a Child by an Adult
He was initially issued a bond of $1,000,000, which was later modified to $75,000. He remains in custody at the Cumberland County Detention Center.
