Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni said boldly today:
To understand the plight of Ukrainians, I ask all Italians to turn off the lights for one hour a day every day.
Having abandoned some value chains, dependence on Russia for energy, we realized that overdependence is a strategic mistake, and you also know that we are overly dependent on the United States for security.
We also understand that it would be unwise to depend on China instead of depending on Russia. This is another mistake we risk making
