A man has been arrested in Rogers County, accused of 2nd degree rape, after investigators say he got a 14 year old girl pregnant.
The affidavit for Reinaldo Chacon-Granados says on September 3rd, the girl told a school counselor, who called investigators.
It says the girl said the sexual abuse had been happening since she was 7 and she’d recently given birth to a child.
It says DNA tests confirmed Granados is the father of the baby.
It says Granados initially denied the allegations, but, after investigators confronted him with the DNA results, he admitted it, but claimed the victim came on to him.
This in an arrest, not a conviction.
