Investigators need your help locating 22-year-old Jenifer Perez.
On November 2, 2023, at approximately 11:50 a.m., Ms. Perez was taken at knifepoint from a home in the 2700 block of Northshire Drive by a male, believed to be 31-year-old Guillermo Rivera-Romero.
At that time, Ms. Perez was forced into a black Nissan Sentra bearing Maryland tag 3FE3303 with Guillermo Rivera-Romero and an unidentified Hispanic male driver.
