Internal WH Investigation Finds Biden’s Science Advisor ‘Bullied and Demeaned Subordinates’
The two-month White House review, initiated by complaints, found Eric Lander mistreated his subordinates and violated President Biden’s workplace policies.
The investigation found “credible evidence” of “disrespectful interactions with staff by Dr. Lander and OSTP leadership,” and he had communicated “harshly and disrespectfully to colleagues.”
Lander has apologized to staff for his “demeaning conduct” and the WH plans to keep Lander in his position after he receives counselling.
What happened to Biden’s policy warning anyone who disrespected their colleagues would be fired, “on the spot, no ifs, ands or buts”…?
