Inola man has been charged in federal court with murder

An Inola man has been charged in federal court with murder.
-The affidavit for Daren Puffinbarger says he admitted to shooting Lucas Sanders in the head while Sanders was in his bed, in his home in Locust Grove on August 17th.
-It says Sanders was shot six times in the head, found with a red piece of clothing over his face and his body and bed had been set on fire and there were two propane torches in the bedroom.
-It says Puffinbarger admitted firing the shots and placing a red piece of clothing over the victim’s face, then setting the victims bed on fire with a propane torch.
-One torch was found on the bed and one, next to the bed.
-It says the two men were having a dispute over a woman.
-This is a charge, not a conviction.
