Illinois State Police are investigating an expressway shooting that hurt multiple people on Sunday.
All inbound lanes of I-57 were shut down near Halsted Avenue, ISP said.
The shooting happened at about 1 a.m., police confirmed multiple people were injured.
A car riddled with bullets was seen outside Comer Children’s Hospital.
It was unclear when the expressway would reopen.
