The heartbroken sister of Idaho victim Kaylee Goncalves shared a devastating video saying she would be ‘in denial forever’ over her older sister’s brutal murder.
Autumn Goncalves has opened up on social media and posted several pictures of her family growing up months after her sibling was killed at her University of Idaho home in November last year.
Kaylee, 21, was stabbed to death in her bed next to her best friend Maddie Mogen, 21, along with Xana Kernodle, 20, and Ethan Chapin, 20.
Autumn regularly refers to both Maddie and Kaylee as her ‘big sisters’, with her older sibling Alivea naming her daughter Theodora MaddieKay Stevenson after the tragic pair.
She posted several emotional tributes to her sister, including a 15-second long clip on TikTok of herself missing Kaylee’s advice, before sobbing in bed.
The video is captioned ‘what about the plans we had’, and in more footage she shares a picture of the tight-knit siblings saying she ‘wanted her old life back’.
Autumn shared photos of her beloved sister and wished for ‘five more minutes’ with her, as well as including quotes about loss.
In another video she opened up more about the death of Kaylee, saying: ‘My grief comes and goes in waves and that is normal and natural.
‘I miss my sisters more than anything but I know that they just want me to be happy and live my life.
