ICYMI “That happens a lot in homicide trials” – Prosecution takes weird tangent in Rittenhouse case
Stating the obvious about the deceased Joseph Rosenbaum:
“We don’t know what he was thinking, we don’t know what was going on in his mind… [the defense] can destroy his reputation, and he can’t speak for himself. That happens a lot in homicide trials.”
We see Binger has done this before…
“He happens to wander downtown into civil unrest… he just happens to stumble into it… Let me tell you all the awful things [he did].
He pushed over a porta-potty, he swung a chain, he lit a dumpster on fire… oh and he said some bad words, he said the N-word tut-tut…”
