Arrington was arrested Thursday night by the U.S. Marshals Lone Star Fugitive Task Force at an apartment complex in the 8500 block of Viscount Boulevard near Cielo Vista Mall in East El Paso, officials said.
The incident happened after several gunshots were fired on the street outside a home where a house party was taking place, officials said.
