TPD is attempting to locate a person of interest in a homicide investigation, identified as Jeffrey D. Arnold, 52, of Topeka.
This individual also commonly goes by the nickname, “Cheese.”
The homicide occurred on Sunday, March 26, 2023 around 10 a.m. in the 1500 block of SE Quincy St. and TPD would like to speak with Arnold about the incident.
