HOMICIDE INVESTIGATION IN ABBEVILLE, SUSPECT ON RUN
Abbeville (SC) Police said just after midnight officers responded to 200 Virginia Dr (Oakland Apartments) in reference to a shooting
Once on scene, they found 26-year-old Jahvious Devonta Strong-Smith, of Greenwood, laying in the breezeway of the 100 building. He died on scene.
