Sacramento County Sheriff’s Office Homicide Detectives arrested Stephen Craig Beasley (37) of Sacramento County for the May 13, 2022 murder of Lee Darrelle Ross (41).
Beasley is being charged with a single count of Homicide and for Carrying a Loaded Unregistered Handgun.
He is being held in the Sacramento County Main Jail without bail and will appear in Dept. 62 on Wednesday July 27, 2022 to answer for the charges.
At approximately 9:31 p.m., the Sheriff’s Communications Center received a call in the 2400 block of Camino Park Court regarding a shooting that had just occurred. The caller advised a male subject had been shot inside of a vehicle.
Deputies responded and located an adult male suffering from at least one gunshot wound to his upper body. Fire personnel arrived a short time later and pronounced the subject deceased at the scene.
