Texas – At approximately 10:43 pm, Hays County Sheriff’s Office dispatch received a 9-1-1 call from a male subject who advised that he had shot two people.
The call originated at the 100 block of Lawnsdale, Kyle, Texas. Deputies responded to the address and found two deceased males who had suffered gunshot wounds.
The caller, identified as:
Noe Raymundo Ibarra was taken into custody after being identified as the shooter. Detectives are currently interviewing multiple people and working on notification of next of kin of the victims.
Ibarra was transported to the Hays County Jail where he was being charged with one count of Capital Murder, a first-degree felony.
