Homeless woman accused of 2nd degree arson, police say
Fire investigators arrest a homeless woman accused of 2nd degree arson for setting items on fire at the back of a building.
The arrest report for Shyanna Clark, says yesterday around 3:30PM, firefighters were called to 33 S. Sheridan to put out a fire.
It says video footage showed Clark putting items on the back loading dock against the building and setting them on fire.
It says they located her a short time later and took her into custody.
