Hollywood High School is on lockdown: Assault with a deadly weapon

Several LAPD squad cars have responded to Hollywood High School, which is on lockdown.
The campus, at 1521 N. Highland Ave., was placed on lockdown just before 10 a.m. and officers are setting up a perimeter around the school.
The LAPD said they were responding to a report of assault with a deadly weapon. Several squad cars were spotted outside the campus.
No further details were immediately available.
