Hayes Grier was arrested on Friday on charges of assault, felony conspiracy and common law robbery.
The Charlotte Observer reports that Grier, 21, was arrested in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina on outstanding warrants from California.
He was released from prison after posting $17,500 bail, according to the newspaper.
Hayes Grier previously competed on “Dancing with the Stars” in 2015, being the youngest ever competitor at the time at 15-years-old.
He is due to appear in court on 9 a.m. on Monday, the Observer notes, though it is unclear whether he must make his court appearance in North Carolina or California.
