Kona Cyclone: Hawaii declares state of emergency after floods
Landslides, power outages and freak floods are affecting the islands, as rainfall hammers Hawaii into submission.
A daily record of 7.92 inches of rain fell on Honolulu Monday, which opened up four emergency shelters for those affected by severe flooding.
Hawaii Governor David Ige declared an emergency as thousands were reportedly left without power.
