Halo Branton, a missing baby who was the subject of a recent AmberAlert, was located “dropped down a tunnel” with standing water and taken to a hospital where she sadly passed away.
Autopsy results showed she passed away from exposure & hypothermia — her own mother being charged with murder.
Persia Nelson, Halo’s mother, posted she was “drunk asf” on social media just hours before her missing baby daughter was found dying in a cold, wet utility tunnel at an electric plant.
Baby Halo’s father Amar Branton was in that courtroom Friday watching his child’s alleged killer learn she’s been indicted. Amar declined to speak on camera, but told NEWS10 “There’s nothing to say, that’s my daughter”.
Amar Branton’s father Amar Keitt gave insight into how his son is doing.
“He’s holding up. He’s a strong guy. he’s there. Of course, he has to be there. He has a son that he has to look after” Keitt told NEWS10 exclusively.
Keitt wore a T-shirt of his late granddaughter Halo with angel wings. “Precious loving child. there’s nothing you could do but love her” said Keitt.
