Gunshot victim that had been dropped off at Waterbury Hospital

RawNews1st – Officers responded to Waterbury Hospital and located the victim who was identified as 23 year old male.
“On 10-31-22 at 4:04 PM, WPD officers responded to the area of 170 Willow ST on a complaint of shots fired.
A homicide in Waterbury on Halloween.
Shortly afterwards, WPD was notified of a gunshot victim that had been dropped off at Waterbury Hospital.
The victim succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced as “deceased” by hospital staff 4:57 PM.
Officers further located a crime scene outside of 170 Willow ST where the incident occurred.
The Waterbury Police Department’s Major Crime Detectives are actively investigating this incident.
