A man who was placed on a nearly 3 and a half year deferred sentence in 2018, has been arrested again, after prosecutors say he broke the rules of his probation.
Records for Gryphyn Brazeal say he had two cases:
July 31, 2018: convicted of burglary and having burglary tools.
September 10, 2018: burglary, unauthorized use of credit card and having stolen property.
For both those, he was given a 42 month deferred sentence.
But, warrants were issued for him in December of 2020 and again in May of 2021 after the DA filed an application to accelerate his sentence.
He’s currently being held without bond on the warrant.
