This robbery happened in Hermosa. The same group of teenagers in the same vehicle have robbed multiple people in Hermosa and Belmont Cragin in the last few weeks.
They wait for a car to park on the street late at night and then pull up to block them in and rob them using guns.
They often take cell phones and wallets and in some cases they force people to unlock their phones and send money to their Cash App account.
If you are getting home after midnight and see another car near you on the block, drive around the block once just in case and call 911 if that vehicle is still on the block idling.
