German Security Officials Foiled ‘Jihad Massacre Plot’
German authorities say they have foiled an ‘Islamist attack’ that would have been on a ‘scale never seen before in the country.’ A man in Hamburg was arrested for intending to make explosives and attempting to buy weapons from the dark web.
The foiled incident from summer was labeled “very, very serious” by Hamburg’s top security officials.
A 20-year-old German-Moroccon citizen was taken into custody and his apartment searched. It’s said Islamist propaganda video and bomb-making instructions/materials were found at his home.
