George Bush Candid & Clueless on Foreign Affairs – ‘War on Terror’ President Admitted
George W Bush admitted his intl affairs knowledge was limited to “Texan and Mexican horizons” during a 1998 meeting with the British ambassador, according to newly released papers.
Bush apparently said he would do well to “broaden his experience” at a time he was ‘undecided’ whether to run for president, according to Sir Christopher Meyer.
Bush apparently broadened things quickly, after 9/11 his presidency was dominated by US military action in Iraq and Afghanistan.
During the 40-minute conversation with Meyer, Bush asked about Labour leader Tony Blair – who he thought seemed to be “a good fellow.”
