Fugitive Warrants Detectives are trying to locate 23-year-old Tae Marshall. Tae Marshall is a female, approximately 5’2 and 110 pounds.
Marshall is charged with:
- Enabling Child Abuse by Injury
- Child Neglect
- Failure to Report Child Abuse
In March of 2022, Marshall’s roommate’s two children, age 4 and 5, were taken to the hospital with bruising and swelling, cuts, scratches, and burn marks.
The other suspect in the case, Charmiko Cooper, is charged with Child Abuse by Injury x 2 and Child Neglect. Cooper is currently in the Tulsa County Jail.
