Former Cumberland County Teacher Charged with Assaulting a Person wit a Disability
On January 12th, 2023, at 8:00 a.m., Special Victims Detectives with the Cumberland County Sheriff’s Office charged and arrested Brittany Nicole McKoy for Assault on an Individual with a Disability.
McKoy was employed with the Cumberland County Schools when the assault occurred.
She was taken to the Cumberland County Detention Center and processed where she was released on a $5,000.00 Unsecured bond.
Her Court Date is set for 9:00 a.m., February 2nd, 2023, in courtroom 2B at the Cumberland County Courthouse.
