Five people were arrested and face drug and weapons charges after police executed a search warrant in Irondale on November 20, 2023.
According to a release, the search warrant was for a home in the 2200 block of 5th Avenue South, and was connected to an ongoing narcotics investigation.
During the search, officers recovered multiple fully automatic weapons, equipment believed to be used to convert semi-automatic weapons to fully automatic, stolen property, methamphetamines, fentanyl, other narcotics, and drug paraphernalia.
Those arrested include:
25-year-old Markell Felder of Irondale – charged with two counts of drug trafficking, unlawful possession of a controlled substance, and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia. He is being held at the Jefferson County Jail on a $3,016,000 bond.
23-year-old Amber Rozell of Irondale – charged with two counts of drug trafficking, unlawful possession of a controlled substance, and unlawful possession of paraphernalia. She is being held at the Jefferson County Jail on a $111,000 bond.
29-year-old Kiara Williams of Irondale – charged with two counts of drug trafficking and unlawful possession of paraphernalia. She is being held at the Jefferson County Jail on a $106,000 bond.
