Fire officials say that two police officers and two EMTs were injured after an explosion involving hazardous materials at a business in Windsor Mill.
The explosion happened in the 1700 block of N. Rolling Road at the Libra Nails & Spa in Woodlawn.
Fire crews are telling people to avoid the area.
