Fernando Montano,19, wanted: Aggravated breach of peace & unlawful carrying of a firearm

RawNews1st – 19-year-old Fernando Montano, who was wanted for aggravated breach of peace and unlawful carrying of a firearm, turned himself in to deputies Wednesday morning in Beaufort.
As the investigation into this incident progressed, investigators were able to obtain additional warrants for Montano, charging him with attempted murder, assault and battery-1st degree, discharging a firearm into a vehicle, and possession of a firearm by a non-citizen.

The additional warrants were served at the Detention Center Thursday afternoon. Montano will have a bond hearing for the added charges on Friday.
