RawNews1st– at approximately 10:30 a.m. our victim was shopping at the big box store located in the 900 Blk. of E. Randol Mill Rd.
He had an iPad in his basket that he uses to communicate with others due to a disability.
He stepped away from his basket for a moment and the female suspect pictured below switched baskets and used an item to cover the iPad before walking out with it still in the basket.
The suspect left in the pictured older model black Toyota 4 door vehicle.
