At the Federation Tower in Moscow City, an unknown person set fire to a car.
After the fire, there was an explosion, write Mash and 112. According to Mash, the arsonist threw something similar to “bottles or firecrackers” into the car.
“At the moment, the fire has been eliminated, there are no victims,” the press service of the Moscow Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia told RBC.
