The man who was responsible for fatally shooting an 8-month-old back in April has been arrested.
Officers said that the mother was arguing with the man about a gun he was carrying that belonged to her.
After she asked for the gun back, the two began to struggle while the mom was still holding the baby.
During the struggle, the firearm went off, hitting both the mom and Rosalinda.
