Evergrande escapes default AGAIN – makes 2nd late payment of $45MN
The Chinese construction giant continues to cling on, once again just meeting a $45 million bond interest repayment in time – originally due on 29 Sept.
It comes a week after the company unexpectedly stumped up a $83.5MN bill. It seems China’s most indebted developer is buying time in order to sort out its finances.
