RawNews1st – At approximately 4:26 PM the Fulton Police Department investigated a person with a gun.
During the investigation, Officers located the suspect vehicle and during contact officers located approximately 48 grams of Methamphetamines, Oxycondone, Fentanyl, Marijuana, scales, baggies and two handguns.
One of the handguns contained a 30 round magazine which was loaded.
Ehlannah Kaskus was arrested for possession with the intent to distribute and unlawful use of a firearm. She was released to jail staff pending bond from a judge.

One suspect, Royce Kemp, fled on foot from officers during the investigation. He is wanted for multiple felony warrants.
We were assisted by the Callaway County Sheriff’s Office and the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
