Dylan Yazzy has pleaded guilty in federal court to sexually exploiting a child.
A Broken Bow man has pleaded guilty in federal court to sexually exploiting a child.
From July to September of 2023, he admits to coercing a 9 year old to engage in sexually explicit behavior and he took photos of the child and shared them.
The plea agreement calls for a 15 year prison sentence and Yazzy would have to register as a sex offender.
The sentencing will happen at a later date.
This is now a conviction.
