A member of the Universal Aryan Brotherhood, who killed a man in 2017, pleads guilty in federal court to conspiracy to participate in a racketeering enterprise.
As part of the conspiracy, Dylan Rose admitted he participated in the murder of Jason Harris.
The plea agreement calls for Rose to serve 22 years in prison to run at the same time as his D.O.C. sentence.
Rose admitted on Oct. 4, 2017, he and Dustin Baker kidnapped, robbed and killed Harris.
Harris was later discovered in an SUV on the shoulder of Highway 169.
Rose was indicted on Dec. 7, 2018, with 17 other UAB members.
The indictment said the gang was a racketeering enterprise that committed acts of murder, kidnapping, the trafficking of meth and firearms, money laundering, assault, and robbery throughout the State of Oklahoma.
It said 9 people were murdered on orders from the UAB’s Main Council.
The UAB is a “whites only” prison-based gang with members operating inside and outside of state prisons throughout Oklahoma.
