BURLINGTON, NC— At approximately 11:38 am the Burlington Police Department, along with emergency medical personnel responded to the 300-block of Foster Street.
In regards to reports of an unconscious male lying in a yard.
Upon arrival officers located Tracy Dion Brown a 54-year-old male with a gunshot wound.
Brown was pronounced deceased at the scene. This investigation is ongoing.
