Raleigh Police Department homicide detectives.

Have charged Devin Eugene Driscoll-Tillman, 22, with murder in connection with the fatal shooting.

He shoot and killed Jakem Ramiq Reed, 22, which occurred on June 10 in the 4500 block of Falls of Neuse Road.
