John Edward-Dayter Montgomery, 44, of Detroit, is charged in connection to a double fatal shooting at a liquor store in the 9920 block of Wyoming Street on Feb 1.Mr. Montgomery, who is a CPL holder, allegedly had an altercation with the two victims before leaving the area, returning then firing shots.
He’s charged with two counts of first-degree murder and two counts of felony firearm.
“I can’t fathom the pain these two families are enduring. Enough is enough!
This should of never happened. We should all be outraged.
