Florida – Deputy Fisher stopped a vehicle in the 500 block of NE 35th Street and contact was made with the driver, Leighanna Griffis.
K9 Deputy Batts and his partner Jax responded to assist. A free air sniff around the vehicle resulted in Jax giving a positive alert.
A search was conducted and it was revealed that Griffis was in possession of a trafficking amount of Fentanyl.
She was arrested and transported to the Marion County Jail.
