Rogers County deputies arrest a man accused of failing to register his address as a sex offender.
The affidavit for Alan Krueger, says he was convicted in 1996 in California of forcible sodomy.
He came to OK in 2015 and registered… he’s a level 3 offender, who has to register for life.
It says in April of this year, he didn’t not respond to a verification letter and in June, investigators went to the address and say the person who bought the property in May, didn’t know Krueger and had never seen him.
He’s now charged with 2 counts of failing to register.
These are charges, not convictions.
