RawNews1st – Darrail Pulley, 23, is wanted for questioning following the Aug 4th non-fatal shooting of a three-year-old on the 9500 block of Littlefield.
He is described as 5’8”, 145 pounds, black hair, brown eyes, mustache and goatee, earrings, face and neck tattoos.
